I QUIT!

Yesterday was certainly a disastrous day that won't be forgotten. At 10AM while i was having my duty at the St. Luke's Medical Center's Telemetry Unit, I was told that our facilitator Ma'am Kaye wants me to come over at the Department of Clinical Advancement office. Before i went there, I went to the Neurosciences Unit first to talk to Jenny. Jenny and I are the ones left who are yet to sign the contract. The contract is about the training program, it is antedated October 9,2006 and one of the provisions is that we will pay 36,000 pesos if we will refuse employment at the medical center. We planned not to sign. Then when we went to the DCA office we were given the contract, we told Kaye that we won't sign it. She then told us to go back during lunch time. When we come back at lunch, she tld us that even if we don't sign, we would have to pay 36,000!!! That is unfair. This is blackmail. We are then given a piece of bond paper and pen to write a letter why we won't sign the contract. Because we fear that they might use this against us, we opted not to write the letter. We waited for the time that Kaye's attention is diverted to other things, and when we got our chance i let Jenny went out first. She kept on texting me to leave the office and proceed to the employees exit right away. When i got my chance i pretended that i have a phone call so i went out. Then, i walked as fast i could towards the exit, very much aware that there are cameras all over the hospital. When i reached E. Rod., i bought cell phone load and called daddy. I was crying. He told me to leave the hospital and don't go back. Wait what's happening?????
